The fate of Magzhan Zhumabaev, an outstanding poet, adherent of Alash, who was ahead of his time and left an indelible spiritual legacy, is tragic. And after the poet, convicted as an “enemy of the people”, who served ten years of his life in prison and was shot later, we get to know each other by plunging into the memory of his beloved wife Zalikh. It was she who shared with him all the hardships of life and devoted her life to her last breath, preserving the legacy of the great poet for future generations.
